Day 01: Mumbai - Chhota Udaipur
The tourists leave Mumbai by flight to reach the city of Baroda
in Gujarat, India. Then the tourists drive to visit Chhota
Udaipur which is considered as one of most ancient tribal
regions of Gujarat, India. An early lunch and a trying drive
to the nearby villages like Kol, Kharakwada, Timla, Devhat,
etc, tires the throng of tourists and they return in the evening
for an overnight stay in one of the locally available hotels.
Day 02: Chhota Udaipur
On day two of the tour package, break fast is consumed and
the tourists move on to the interesting tribal museum of Chhota
Udaipur and later on drive to a nearby village to visit a
mobile market where we can see many tribal people who visit
the haat. In the afternoon, the Pithora wall paintings are
appreciated by the throng of tourists and in the late evening
the tourists come back to the place of night halt.
Day 03: Baroda
On Day three, breakfast is had and the tourists leave for
Baroda and on the way visit the Champaner fort of Pawagadh
built in 15th century by the Sultan of Ahmedabad. Begadha,
Nagina and Jami mosques are the most fascinating instances
of Indo saracenic architecture which is a clever amalgamation
of the Indian and Islamic style of construction. Baroda is
a much in demand princely state of Gujarat administered by
the local Gaekwads.
Day 04 : Ahmedabad
Breakfast happens in the morning of day four of the tour package
and then the tourists depart for Ahmedabad and on the way
visit the Vaso village, famed for its impressively wooden
carved Havelies belonging to the age of the yore. Around 14.15,
after lunch, the tourists move on to visit one of the most
popular textile museums of the world. Gandhi Ashram is visited
late in the evening. The tourists, then, retire to their overnight
accommodation in one of the locally booked hotels.
Day 05: Ahmedabad
After breakfast is had early in the morning, the tourists,
witness the beauty of the old city with fascinating wooden
carved houses and one of the most engaging Swaminarayan temples
built in the 19th century. At 12.30 noon, lunch is had after
visiting the Jami mosque. When the clock strikes 19.00 P.M.,
the guests are checked in at Darbargadh for the nightly meal
and for an overnight halt at the same place.
Day 06: Poshina
Early in the morning, on day six of the tour package, breakfast
is consumed without much ado and tribal villages around Poshina
are visited with great enthusiasm. Garacia tribals can be
seen and their culture appreciated during the visit of the
tourists. Lunch is consumed at the royal Darbargadh. Aravalli
hills are also visited for having a glimpse of the tribal
life full of adventure and style. In the evening, the tourists
move on to Darbargadh for the second meal of the day and there,
they settle for the overnight stay in comfort and leisure.
Day 07: Zainabad
After breakfast is consumed in the early morning on day seven,
the tourists depart for Zainabad and on the way pay a visit
to Patan and Modhera. Patan is known to be a prominent town
of Gujarat and it is the only travel destination in Gujarat
where the tourists can witness the spectacle of the double
Ikat patola saree. Then, as the next travel destination Modhera
is reached and the Sun temple is visited, lunch is consumed
at Modhera. Then, Zainabad, in Gujarat is the travel destination
where the tourists park themselves for the night on day seven
of the tour package.
Day 08: Rann of Kutch
After breakfast is had on the morning of day eight, then,
a safari is arranged in the legendary Rann of Kutch to have
a look at the exciting species of wild asses and approximately
275 species of birds. Then, the tourists can go ahead with
the experience of Bajana tribe and return to the host town
for the nightly accommodation.
Day 09: Ahmedabad - Delhi
Day nine of the tour package is utilized in going for a third
safari to the nearby villages. The tourists at the camp consume
lunch. At14.00, the tourists depart for Ahmedabad to embark
on an evening flight to Bombay / Delhi.
Day 10: Delhi - Goa
After breakfast, the tourists are shifted to the airport for
flying to Goa. After an afternoon tour in Goa, the overnight
stay occurs in the locally assigned Hotel.
Day 11: Goa
Day eleven is utilized for leisure and recreational activities
on the beach.
Day 12: Goa - Delhi/ Mumbai
Breakfast in the morning of day twelve is consumed at the
locally assigned hotel. The day is utilized for other tourist
activities in Goa. In the afternoon, the tourists are ferried
to the local airport to be flown to Delhi and Mumbai as per
personal travel needs and destinations.
